			Input Process The input process line consists of pay off reel, shearer, welder, looper, and tension leveller.
			Pre-treatment Process Before electro galvanizing, electrolytic clarifier removes stain on the surface and pickling and rinse tank eradicate oxidized film.
			Electro Galvanized Steel Electro galvanizing process adopted the CAROSEL(consumable Anode Radial one-side Electro galvanizing line) method. By using a conductor roll, steel sheets are coated on one side after another. By adopting the pass method, it is possible to produce both-sided, differential, double-layer coated steel sheets.
			Post-treatment Process Post-treatment process enhances corrosion resistance, and paintability by oiling, phosphate, chromate, or anti-fingerprint treatment
			Output Process The facility comprises output looper, tension reel and automatic packing line for protecting product quality after coiling.
