The mini mill products manufactured at POSCO's mini mill undergo a seamless process from steel making to hot rolling. Using the latest technology, the length of facility from caster to coiler was shortened to 185 meters. Product quality was also enhanced by utilizing scrap and hot metal. Unlike other mini mills, a massive amount of hot metal was used to raise the steel cleanliness index, subsequently improving the quality of our products.
