Welding
materials producing little fume is preferred
these days because the fume generated
during welding has adverse effects on
the health of workers. The flux cored
wire for welding is made from slitting
cold-rolled steel sheet thinly into
0.8 ~2.0mmØ pipes into where flux is
filled. In particular, the content of
carbon, phosphate, and sulfur have been
minimized to effectively reduce fume
emission. Due to its outstanding ductility,
drawing is easy even without undergoing
the baking process.
