1. Product Characteristics

This steel is an austenitic series stainless steel, which is mainly composed of chrome (19%) and nickel (3%). Known for superior resistance to high temperature and chloride corrosion as well as excellent drawability and weldability, it is used for automotive parts in high-temperature exhaust system.

Bellows function: Absorbs thermal expansion of automotive exhaust system and prevents engine vibration.
Required characteristics: Fatigue resistance at high temperature, resistance to high temperature and chloride corrosion, drawability, weldability
